1924 Frame building on current site; called Old Muncie
1928 Name changed to Lindbergh Elementary School
1950 Northwest wing added (5 classrooms)
1956 South wing added (4 classrooms; 2 offices; Health Room; Kitchen; and Multipurpose Room)
Playground added
1960 Northeast wing added (5 classrooms)
7th and 8th graders begin attending junior high school
1961 Lindbergh was part of the formation of the Washington School District USD 201
(first USD # in Kansas)
1967 Washington School District dissolved to become part of Kansas City, Kansas USD 500
1974 4 mobile classrooms added
